At Cote & Foster, our 33 years of business in this industry has provided us with invaluable project management experience, giving our clients a smooth experience from initial consultation & design, construction, and completion. From beginning to end, we keep clients informed and confident in our abilities. You will always be able to communicate directly with our owners if you have any questions.
Comprehensive Initial Consultations
The process begins when you reach out and speak to a member of our team. We’ll have a brief conversation to learn a little about you and your project. From there, we can recommend the best course of action and determine if our services are the right fit for you.
During your complimentary consultation, we will meet you in person at the project’s site to discuss details including budget, design requirements and your vision for the final product. Most clients use our own in-house design services. However, if you’re already working with a designer, we will be happy to meet with them and review any existing plans.
Estimation for Design & Construction
During this third step in our process, we spend some time putting together a complimentary estimate for the design and construction of your proposed project. This includes reaching out to any subcontractors and vendors who will be involved in the job, and should generally take a week. We consider the specifics of your vision and similar projects we’ve completed in the past in order to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible. If you choose to waive the design services, we will still provide a complimentary estimate for construction.
Pre-Construction Services
Well before construction begins, we acquire any required permits, schedule with subcontractors, and reach out to vendors to order all necessary materials to begin the project within your preferred date range. We will always go above and beyond to work within your specific requests.
Construction Services
Once the design is finalized and preconstruction services are completed, we will begin the actual construction. Our project manager will meticulously plan out the schedule for the job, providing you with full transparency and a worry-free experience.
Warranty Services
We offer our clients a one-year warranty on the finished project, which includes completion of any minor additional work that may be necessary after the finalization of the project as a result of construction.
